How long does it take to set up services?
Setup will vary depending on the services provide but could be from 1 to 3 hours. The attendant will arrive early enough to set up.
Can I book an event on a holiday?
Depending on our schedule, the answer is YES but, there is an upcharge fee. Please inquire before booking.
Will there be someone at our event to help?
Depending on the service, yes. There will be a knowledgeable attendant throughout the entire event for questions or concerns.
Is there a Reservation Fee required?
There is a $250 non-refundable reservation fee.
All non-refundable reservation fee's must be paid with a signed contract to secure your event date. ALL balances are due 30 days prior to the event. If you are booking your event within 30 days of your scheduled event then the entire cost is due up
front.
What form of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle
How soon can I book my event?
Bookings are taken well in advance, therefore to secure your date we would advise you to book as soon as your event is confirmed or 3 months prior. Keep in mind we are very busy during peak wedding season and for holiday parties and weekends. We will always try to accommodate last minute bookings depending on availability but don't wait and book as soon as you are able!
Can additional hours be purchased?
Yes additional hours may be purchased but must be add at the point of contract.
Can rental hours be split up throughout the event?
No, the booth must run consistently during the event, except for adding printing paper, adjusting the camera and lighting. Maintenance is not included in your rental time and will be adjusted accordingly. But no worries, Idle time maybe purchased per half hour.
How far do you travel?
There is a fee for mileage after our cap. When searching your date through our website, the system will calculate any mileage charges for you. Contact us for more information.
Cancellation Policy
In the event a customer MUST cancel their booking, Studio 19 Photo Booths MUST be notified no later then 30 days prior to their scheduled event to receive a refund of payments made AFTER the reservation fee was paid as that portion is non-refundable. A cancellation must be done through email, or a certified letter. If a cancellation happens after the 30 day grace period customer will forfeit ALL payments made to Studio 19 Photo Booths and no refund will be given.

For your health and safety, the following policies are being implemented at Studio 19 Photo Booths in accordance with CDC and governmental guidelines.
We will continue disinfecting high-touch surfaces frequently.
