What size is the canopy?
Our canopy sets are 10x10 max and all come with white draping.
Do you provide food items or a Chief Experience?
We do provide select items as a add on. All items are listed on a separate form. Looking to have a private meal prepared at the hotel? We can arrange that too as an add on. Inquire about details.
Do you provide Table Place Settings?
Yes, we provide place settings for meals. We do not provide food and or drinks but, this can be added through another service provider. Ask for Details. If you are painting we provide all materials.
Is there a damage deposit for for damaged items?
Yes, there is a small fee that is refundable after items have been checked in and inspected. Please allow 24 hours for returns, if any.
When will the Studio 19 Photo Booths attendant Arrive?
Your Tech will arrive anywhere from 1 -3 hours before Start Time and depends on services. Your Studio 19 Photo Booths attendant will call you if they are running late for some reason.
What do I do in-case of bad weather predictions?
We will NOT cancel your event for weather predictions until the day of your event and not later than 2 PM for afternoon and evening rentals. Please review weather at www.weather.com. Put in your zip code and click hour-by-hour. This is the only tool we use to assess the potential weather. You have until 2:00 PM on the day of the event to make a final decision. We do NOT look at weather until the morning of your event. Predictions change (often) and we want to give you the opportunity to have the event so we do not allow weather cancelations until the morning of the event. If you cancel your event prior to the day of your rental, you may be required to pay a rescheduling or cancellation fee according to your Rental Agreement.
What if weather clears up after 2:00 PM?
If you/we postponed your event, and it clears up - talk to the weather man....it was his prediction! We want to host your event just as much as you want the event. We both are discouraged.
Unfortunately, we won't have enough time to gather the Tech and the equipment to arrive to your location on time. If your event was scheduled to be indoors if rain, we are still coming....and if it is nice out, we will set up outdoors. (Just think about the mud factor).
How long is the Rental?
Our standard Canopy rental time is scheduled for 3 hours MAXIMUM, unless you have added the Additional Time option.
Do I Tip the Studio 19 Photo Booths Tech?
Tips are customary in any service business and tips range from $20-$200 depending on the event & screen size. We offer PRE-PAID gratuity options for our commercial customers that may want to include it in their invoice, but you're welcome to tip our tech on-site as well. We encourage our Techs to offer excellent customer service and you can help by not tipping if they don't offer this quality service!
